Tempo al Tempo Gavi is a special bottle meant to be enjoyed with extended aging, as its name (“time to time”) suggests, allowing the Cortese grape to develop greater finesse and complexity beyond the usual young-wine freshness.

Older vintages show an austere, refined bouquet with nuanced fruit and citrus notes complemented by more mature, elegant aromatics, while the palate tends to be smooth, balanced and expressive, with lively acidity mellowed by time and a sapid, harmonious finish that showcases both freshness and depth.
