Gentleman Jack

Jack Daniel’s is produced at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, established in the 19th century and officially registered in 1866. It is recognized as the first registered distillery in the United States and remains one of the most internationally known names in American whiskey. The distillery draws iron-free water from its limestone Cave Spring and continues to use the distinctive charcoal-mellowing process associated with Tennessee whiskey.

It is charcoal mellowed before going into the barrel. However, it receives an additional charcoal mellow again after reaching maturity giving it ultimate smoothness. It is full-bodied with fruit & spices, & its finish is silky, warm, & pleasant.
