Organic extra virgin olive oil from the Geraci line, obtained from olives of the Nocellara del Belìce variety grown according to organic farming principles and packaged in Bag in Tube. The organic oil is prepared from hand-picked olives, with cold extraction and storage in steel silos under nitrogen at an average temperature of 15-18°C.

Medium fruity green olive with hints of artichoke, grass, potato, raw almond and boiled green beans. The taste is medium spicy and balanced. Excellent as a raw dressing for legumes, cheese, meat, fish and salads. In cooking, it lends itself well to the preparation of sauces and fish baked in foil. Ideal for pinzimonio.
