Geraci Tin Agrumolio al Limone

Geraci is a family-run Sicilian producer dedicated to crafting exceptional extra virgin olive oil. Agrumolio is produced from Nocellara del Belìce olives mixed with freshly picked Sicilian citrus fruits and then pressed and cold-extracted together to best preserve their flavor and aromas.

The oil thus obtained is left to rest for four months for “refinement” in steel silos and under nitrogen before bottling. The flavor is medium spicy, with a fresh hint of lemon, excellent for seasoning fish, crudités, cold cuts and Mediterranean salads.
