Geraci Tin IGP Sicilia EVO

Geraci is a family-run Sicilian producer dedicated to crafting exceptional extra virgin olive oil. Rooted in generations of tradition and guided by a deep respect for the land, the company combines artisanal methods with modern cold-press technology to preserve the olives’ natural aromas and vibrant flavors. The result is an oil that captures the essence of Sicily—fresh, balanced, and full of character—celebrating both heritage and innovation in every drop.

Extra virgin olive oil obtained from the predominant Nocellara del Belìce and Cerasuola olive varieties, grown in the Belìce Valley area (Trapani). The olives are harvested by hand, followed by cold extraction and storage under nitrogen in steel silos at a constant temperature of 15-18°C.

Medium fruity green olive, the flavor is medium spicy and slightly bitter, with hints of artichoke, leaf, grass and tomato. When raw, it pairs well with soups, cheeses, legumes, meat, fish, and salads. When cooked, it can be used on roasts or in sauces, baked fish, and dips.
