Graci ‘Arcuria’ Etna Bianco 2015

Lying north of Etna, Europe’s most active volcano, in an ancient winemaking area, the Graci winery only works with native varieties. With a particular focus on sustainability both in the vineyard and in the winery. As a result, they produce inspiring wines that showcase the natural expression of a large volcanic area. Cultivation of vineyards is certified organic, with careful selections and search for full maturity, limiting the yields in the vineyard to a minimum. The approach in the winery is rigorous, in search of precision and finesse.

Typical olfactory profile designed by intense smoky mineral traits that envelop the varietal expression of Common medlar and fresh almond, cedar and wild fennel, broom and wheat flowers. The intense fresh and tasty progression, refined by the glyceric notes, makes a dynamic drinkability. The persistence is very long, full of coherent varietal and mineral returns.
