Cuvee Des Enchanteleurs

Champagne Henriot is an independent, family-owned house in Champagne. The Henriot family control roughly 35 hectares (87 acres) of vineyards, scattered around the Vallée de la Marne, Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. These provide around 20 percent of the company's needs, with most of the remainder supplied by regular contract growers.

Cuvée des Enchanteleurs, now named the Cuvée Hemera is at the very top of the range and is only produced in the best years exclusively from Champagne’s Grands Crus. Beyond the expression of a unique vintage, Cuvée Des Enchanteleurs spends at least 12 years ageing in estate's cellars. 

A perfect illustration of Maison Henriot’s mastery of the assemblage, Vintage 2000 cuvee is composed in equal parts of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, conferring elegance on its complex structure. On the nose, this cuvée offers aromas of fresh and citrus fruit, with floral notes. The palate reveals a great freshness, refinement, elegance, a creamy texture and a long finish.
