Jale

Cusumano wines come from premium sites all over Sicily, and are produced at the Partinico (straight west of Palermo) based family winery by third generation. Crafting wines of the ‘new’ Sicily typified by outstanding varietal expression, rich flavors, and a sensuality that could only be born under the Sicilian sun. 

A Chardonnay that conquers with intensity, freshness and cleanliness. Thanks to the altitude and the temperature range it manages to fully develop its fruity aromas. When the grapes from manual harvest arrives, they are carefully preserved its aromas with cold maceration. The fermentation then takes place in old 225-liter oak barrels where the wine is refined for six months before bottling. 

Jale is a rich, full bodied Chardonnay with tropical notes of honey dew melon and ripe peaches and toasty oak notes.
