Chablis

The Domaine Jean Collet has devoted itself to winegrowing since 1792, handing the business down from generation to generation. Jean Collet created his eponymous estate in 1952, and in 1979, Gilles joined his father and the estate became Jean Collet & Fils. The winery and cellars are located in the heart of Chablis. The vineyards are located on the best slopes of the left and right banks of the Serein river covering 37 hectares.

This Chablis is wonderfully balanced and very attractive, with a remarkable freshness and minerality – one could say a very ‘classic’ style. Expressive and open with hints of ripe and exotic fruits, introducing sappy, plump and nicely mineral flavors. Well balanced wine, ideal as an aperitif.
