PB Shiraz – Cabernet Sauvignon

Jim Barry Wines is one of South Australia's most well-known wine producers, having crafted a name for its premium wines. The winery was established in 1959 when Jim and his wife Nancy purchased their first property and vineyards on the outskirts of the Clare Valley. Today the estate owns vineyards in the Clare Valley and Coonawarra. 

Deep red color with a ruby hue. The nose has some intense dark fruit aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant which are complimented with richer notes of dark mint chocolate and roasting herbs. The palate is vibrant, with blackberry flavours and a layering of sage and rosemary. Firm, fine tannin, persistent finish of bright berry fruits and a touch of savoury oak toast.
