As the world’s most widely distributed blended Scotch whisky, selling over 130 million bottles a year, Johnnie Walker has a long and rich history. John Walker was a Scottish grocer based in Kilmarnock who, despite being tee-total himself, produced and sold a brand of whisky called Walker’s Kilmarnock Whisky.

Johnnie Walker Blue is the most sought-after bottling in the range, as well as being the most famous top-end blended whisky going. Johnnie Walker Blue Label is an incomparable masterpiece. It is an exquisite combination of some of the rarest and most exceptional whiskies in Scotland. Only one in ten thousand casks has this unique quality, character and aroma with which the typical special taste of Johnnie Walker Blue Label can be achieved. An exceptional whiskey for exceptional occasions.

The fifth release of Johnnie Walker's limited-edition Ghost and Rare series celebrates Glasgow's famous Port Dundas grain distillery, that closed its doors and sired down its stills in 2010. Known for its distinctive sweet, fragrant character, Port Dundas was not only a blending powerhouse but also one of the world's most-famous grain whisky distillery, and Johnnie Walker master blender Dr Emma Walker has hand-picked whiskies that will complement and show off this ghost distillery's character. The creamy, woody notes of Port Dundas have been complemented by softly smoky, vanilla-forward whisky from ghost distillery Cambus, original stocks from Brora and fruity whiskies from five iconic distilleries.
