La Belle Endormie Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Beautiful intense color with typical tones of ruby Grenache, no purple or orange hues. On the nose red fruit scents such as ripe burlat cherry, sweet such as laurel, white pepper and traces of liquorice from the great vintages of the appellation. The‘attack’ on the palate is silky, deep and juicy to perfection. The mid-palate underlines the excellent of the terroir with obvious class. The finish is rich and unctuous. The quality of the tannins augurs a very nice bottle in a good pair of years once the tannins soften .
