La Croix Blanc

Château Peyrassol’s vineyard estate was established all the way back in 1204 by the Knights Templar. In 2001 the property was acquired by Philippe Austury, who has worked ever since to raise its profile. The organic vineyards are set among 850 hectares of nature in the foothills of the Massif de Maures, where clay-limestone soils and a Mediterranean climate create the ideal conditions for wine production.

In appearance, it presents a bright color with delicate golden reflections. On the nose, it opens with elegant floral notes, followed by intense scents of fresh grapes that impart richness and complexity to the wine. On the palate, freshness manifests with finesse, culminating in a seductive finish characterized by citrus nuances.
