La Mozza Aragone

Located in the heart of the wildest Maremma, La Mozza covers ​​36 hectares, of which 16 are vineyards. Located entirely in the municipality of Magliano in Toscana, an almost uncontaminated area of ​​wild beauty, surrounded by pastures, arable land and forests, where many wild animals still roam.

The native Sangiovese is mixed with Syrah and Alicante, giving life to a “Super-Mediterranean ” that highlights the Mediterranean wine-making tradition. The name “Aragone” refers to the Aragonese of Spain, who ruled in the Maremma in the 1500s. 

Inky, dark and deep red color. On the nose the fruit is rich and ripe. Notes of menthol, spicy wood and plum are immediately apparent. The palate follows with hints of tobacco leaf, leather and ripe fruit.
