Ladoix Rouge Vigne Adaim

The Philippe Girard estate is located on a beautiful property in the heart of Savigny-les-Beaune, a beautiful village near Beaune. The estate currently cultivates 22 hectares (60% red, 40% white). The vines extend across 14 communes. The Domaine team places great importance on working the vines while respecting traditions and the terroir.

This wine shares with Aloxe-Corton and Pernand-Vergelesses the honor of producing the famous wines of the Corton hillside. Its color often evokes the color of bright garnet with purple highlights. Raspberry, cherry, candied or brandied, and ripe fruit fill its bouquet. On the palate, it smoothly adopts a round and full shape, a spherical velvety texture with good structure and just the right amount of tannins.
