Black Edition Pinot Gris 2014 (now fully evolved) shows the depth and complexity that comes with bottle age, moving beyond its original fruit-driven profile into a more layered and savory expression. Aromas of dried pear, baked apple, quince paste, and orange peel are interwoven with honey, toasted nuts, and subtle spice. The palate is rich and textural, with developed flavors of caramelized orchard fruit, ginger, and nutty oxidative notes, balanced by softened acidity and a lingering mineral edge.
