Time and nature has been allowed to bring out the sweeter character of the wood with a subtle characteristic hint of peat and smoke ensuring a well-balanced finish.

Old oak furniture and tobacco, supported by sweeter notes of honeyed cereal. Nutty brown bread with a thin layer of blackcurrant jam. Slight smokiness along the way. Lingering peat - not too strong, but easily noticeable.
