Lyre’s London Dry Non Alcoholic Gin

Lyre’s was founded in Sydney, Australia, in 2019 with the aim of recreating the character of classic spirits in non-alcoholic form. Lyre’s Dry London opens with aromas of orange blossom, lime, jasmine, juniper and mint. On the palate, firm juniper and citrus notes are joined by subtle earthy tones and a gently vinous character, while pepperberry adds warmth and spice. The finish is generous, dry and clean, with lingering citrus, herbal and floral notes.
