Mompirone Barbera D’Asti Superiore

Cascina Vèngore is a natural amphitheater in the heart of DOCG Terre Alfieri in Piemonte, representing the ideal synthesis of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato. A realm of biodiversity with 100% organic cultivation, which embraces 26 hectares in one single plot around a traditional Piedmontese farmhouse.

In the medium-high areas around Monte Stefano, known as Mompirone, the soil is composed mostly of sands of marine origin, allowed the production of wines of unique quality for over 2,000 years.

Intense ruby-red colour with spicy aromas evoking blackcurrant, cocoa and vanilla. Full-bodied, intense and persistent on the palate.
