Paragon is an adventure, an exploration into rare botanical flavors, thanks to a unique and revolutionary cordial, result of the fusion of perfumery and acid science technologies, an expertise which is exclusive to Monin. Rue comes from the Ruta Chalepensis plant, grown in tropical Africa and more specifically in Ethiopia where it’s used as an herb or medicinal plant.
