Monin Paragon White Penja Pepper Cordial

Paragon is an adventure, an exploration into rare botanical flavors, thanks to a unique and revolutionary cordial, result of the fusion of perfumery and acid science technologies, an expertise which is exclusive to Monin. Each technique extracts a particular flavor profile and brings something different to the table – combining them achieves the complete ingredient flavor spectrum.

White Penja pepper is harvested when ripe in the province of Moungo (Cameroon) and then dried in the sun. All the production stages (harvesting, retting, washing, drying, sorting) are entirely carried out by hand mainly by the experienced hands of the local village women. Penja Pepper has gained worldwide gastronomic reputation.
