Montelobos Espadín was created with the aim of showing the complex but perfect balance between the four basic flavor profiles in artisanal mezcal: green agave, cooked agave, smoke and wild fermentation. Damp earth, freshly cut grass, honey, citrus, asparagus and smoke on the nose. Perfect balance on the palate between cooked and green maguey, nuts, herbaceous and smokiness.
