The Philippe Girard estate is located on a beautiful property in the heart of Savigny-les-Beaune, a beautiful village near Beaune. The estate currently cultivates 22 hectares (60% red, 40% white). The vines extend across 14 communes. The Domaine team places great importance on working the vines while respecting traditions and the terroir.

Aged in oak barrels for 9 months with 20% to 30% new barrels.

This wine offers a purple, twilight color to the eye. On the nose, its youthful aromas are cherry, strawberry, and blackcurrant. As it matures, it reveals leather, truffle, and notes of macerated fruits such as prunes. Structured on the palate, vigorous, and full-bodied.
