Private Cuvée Andreas Huber

The historic Pacherhof vineyard is property of the Huber family since 1142. Cellar master Andreas Huber cultivates excellent white grape varieties, pressing them in his own cellar, on 8 hectares of land. Pacherhof’s natural potential lies in its vineyards, located in the best locations, in gravelly soil, rich in minerals and in special micro climates. In the Eisack valley vineyards are favorably located on the steep slopes of the southern sides of the valley.

The Private Cuvée Andreas Huber by Pacherhof is an intimate gift from the oenologist. A white wine symbol of his conception of a great protagonist from the Dolomites, able to reach important heights of equilibrium. Grapes for this wine were harvested by hand, fermented according to various methods, and then blended to a harmonious whole. 

Floral and delicate on the nose, it whispers notes of elder and spreads spicy sensations. Mineral and sapid fluid, characteristics directly connected with the particular composition of mountain terrain, of beautiful elegance and intensity.
