Petit Chablis

Domaine Nathalie & Gilles Fèvre is a family-run wine estate in Chablis, Burgundy (France), with deep roots dating back to 1745 and officially established under its current name in 2004 by Nathalie and Gilles Fèvre, both trained oenologists. The domaine farms around 50–53 hectares of vineyards on classic Kimmeridgian limestone soils. Their style is defined by fresh, precise, mineral-driven Chardonnay with emphasis on terroir expression and purity, using mostly stainless-steel vinification with minimal oak influence and sustainable viticulture practices.

The Petit Chablis is light and more immediately fruity compared to village Chablis, with bright citrus, white peach, green apple and sometimes a slight “candied” fruit note, supported by lively acidity. It is very fresh, simple and easy-drinking, with hints of mineral depth, but very clean and refreshing, designed for early drinking as an aperitif or with light seafood.
