Saints Hills (Croatia) is a boutique, family‑run winery founded in 2006 by Ivana and Ernest Tolj with the aim of crafting premium Croatian wines that reflect both the country’s rich viticultural heritage and the diverse terroirs of the Adriatic coast. The Tolj family collaborates with noted French oenologists, including Michel Rolland, to marry traditional Croatian grape varieties and vineyard character with modern winemaking techniques that respect nature and the landscape.

Posh is a refined expression of Croatia’s prized white grape Pošip, grown in the warm, sun‑washed vineyards of Čara on the island of Korčula. Fermented and matured in large concrete tanks to preserve its natural freshness and varietal purity, this wine reveals the aromatic intensity and layered complexity for which premium Pošip is known.

On the nose Posh greets with a clear golden hue and vibrant aromas of ripe apricot, mango and yellow stone fruit, complemented by citrus zest, honey and dried fig nuances. The palate is richly textured yet brisk, offering layered notes of peach, apricot and pineapple with a firm mineral core and a distinct bitter‑sweet finish that lingers long and elegantly.
