Primitivo di Manduria Stilio

Stilio is a reference to Salento's ancient cultural tradition of the taranta, which has been rediscovered in recent years. The label shows a stylized diadem spider on a black field. The overall image recalls the symbolism of the spider, of the taranta, whose bite arouses the need for dance, music and colors in a cathartic effect, releasing emotions that could even evoke the taste of this wine.

The wine is intense dark red with purple reflections. The wine has aromas of jam made from red fruits, Morello cherries and dried plum. The tertiary scents are vanilla and cloves. On the palate it is velvety, full and harmonious. We recommend the wine with grilled beef, game, pot roast and aged chesses.
