Langhe Bianco

Ferdinando Principiano started in 1993, with 7 hectares from his father and grandfather; he now owns and farms 21 hectares. All farming is uncertified organic, but he goes way beyond the normal organic practices and is obsessed with preserving or creating the conditions for biodiversity in and around his vineyards. Ferdinando has invented a unique and personal approach both in the vineyard and in the cellar: he still presses the grapes with his feet and keeps the stalks in the must, uses only indigenous yeasts and carries out manual pumping over. 

Langhe Bianco born only from Timorasso grapes, is a rich and smooth expression characterized by freshness. Perfumes of yellow fruits and flowers animate a fruity, savory and juicy taste.
