Carefully soreced from select vineyards in the Prosecco DOC region, in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia. The soils are mainly clay based, with some gravelly spots close to the main rivers.

Pale and delicate pink color with violet hues, obtained from short contact with Pinot Noir skins. Lively, elegant and persistent perlage. Fruity nose of golden apple, white peach and small berries, intermingled with floral notes of spring flowers. Exuberant, lively and fragrant on the palate. Refreshing acidity well balanced with fruitiness to create full, enveloping and almost creamy sensations.
