Ocucaje Italia

The Vineyard Ocucaje is a vineyard located in the district of Ocucaje , southwest of the city of Ica , in Peru. Ocucaje vineyard became the largest producer of pisco in that country.

Italia is the name of an aromatic grape type with an extremely fragrance. It is related to the Muscat grape family local in southern countries. And it is adapted optimally to Peru to the sunny and dry climate.

Clean and crystalline in color. Typical aromas of the variety, with citrus notes and a very intense and pleasant tropical background. Unctuous on the palate and with a lot of power of aromas. It is persistent and frank with a very pleasant ending.
