Champagne Ruinart was one of the first Champagne houses, established in 1729. It takes its name from the Benedictine monk Dom Ruinart, whose writings on Champagne were passed down through his family and resulted in the Maison Ruinart we know today. From humble beginnings, the house now produces almost 2 million bottles a year and is currently owned by luxury brand superpower LVMH.
This assembly between the elegance of Chardonnay, the delicate structure of Pinot Noir and the fruity notes of Meunier results in a Champagne with an enveloping texture and fresh notes reminiscent of pastry.
Bright yellow color with golden reflections. The first nose reveals autumnal and summery aromas, such as the notes of apple and apricot, delicate and fruity, and those of hazelnut and green almonds. A touch of complexity is added by hints of elderflower and coriander seeds. A harmonious and persistent roundness envelops the palate. The final notes evoke the presence of Chardonnay in the assembly, with its characteristic freshness.
