The history of Quinta do Piloto encompasses four generations of a family that grew up linked to the history of Palmela over the course of a century. Tasting the essence of Palmela’s wine at its best is the promise of Quinta do Piloto. A promise based on excellent terroirs, where persist old vineyards of traditional varieties, as Castelão and Moscatel. Vinified by ancestral methods, the wines from Quinta do Piloto are elegant, complex and charismatic; its character is a result from our best vines and small quantities of grapes chosen by excellence.

Red wine with a bright and intense garnet color. Tremendous complexity and depth, it presents notes of black plums and forest fruits, combined with spices, such as black and green pepper and some subtle notes of lavender. In addition to the fruit, a character from the Mediterranean vegetation is also present, perfectly integrated in a fresh and elegant profile. Very elegant on the palate, fresh, with a firm structure but with very polished and luxurious tannins.
