Fidora Wines is a family-owned winery based in the Veneto region of Italy, with roots dating back to 1927 when the Fidora family acquired the historic Civranetta estate near Venice. Today led by fourth-generation winemaker Emilio Fidora, the estate is recognized as one of the pioneers of organic viticulture in the region, having converted to organic farming as early as 1974 and later embracing biodynamic practices with Demeter certification. Guided by a philosophy centered on biodiversity, sustainability, and a self-sustaining agricultural ecosystem, Fidora aims to craft wines that reflect the purity of their terroir while preserving the natural environment for future generations.

This Ripasso displays a deep ruby-red color with garnet reflections. The nose is expressive, offering aromas of black cherry, ripe red fruits, and subtle hints of dried fruit with gentle spicy and balsamic nuances. On the palate it is full-bodied, dry, and velvety, with concentrated dark berry flavors supported by soft, well-integrated tannins and a touch of spice. The finish is harmonious, persistent, and elegantly structured, reflecting the complexity gained from the traditional Ripasso method and extended 24 months aging in French oak.
