Champagne Ruinart was one of the first Champagne houses, established in 1729. It takes its name from the Benedictine monk Dom Ruinart, whose writings on Champagne were passed down through his family and resulted in the Maison Ruinart we know today. From humble beginnings, the house now produces almost 2 million bottles a year and is currently owned by luxury brand superpower LVMH.

This surprising blend of forty to fifty crus combines the freshness of Chardonnay with the fruity notes of Pinot Noir, generating a versatile and structured Rosé, characterized by notes of exotic fruits and a delicate taste experience in the mouth.

The coral and rosewood reflections create the delicate nuances of this Champagne Rosé. On the first nose, intense aromas of exotic fruits emerge: pomegranate, lychee and guava, supported by the floral essences of the Damask rose and freshly picked red fruits. The second nose reveals warm spices such as Tonka bean and nutmeg, followed by intense aromas of exotic fruits such as pomegranate, lychee and guava, supported by the floral essences of damask rose and freshly picked red fruits. The simplicity and complexity of this Cuvée meet on the palate, where freshness combines with a refined structure and delicate roundness. The elegant final notes are peppermint and pink grapefruit.
