Rully Blanc

The Philippe Girard estate is located on a beautiful property in the heart of Savigny-les-Beaune, a beautiful village near Beaune. The estate currently cultivates 22 hectares (60% red, 40% white). The vines extend across 14 communes. The Domaine team places great importance on working the vines while respecting traditions and the terroir. 

Aged for 8 to 10 months in oak barrels with 20% new barrels.

Appellation of the Côte Chalonnaise, this wine is a blend of our two plots “Le Fourneau Sud” and “Mollepierre Sud” for a total surface area of ​​approximately 1 Ha 70A. Buttercup color that becomes more intense with age. Aromatic, citrus bouquet (clementine zest, mandarin, lemon). Airy texture with a minerality on the finish.
