In the heart of Sicily, Salaparuta is a land rich in winemaking tradition, where history and terroir come together to create wines of exceptional character. “Salitano,” meaning “one who comes from Salaparuta,” reinforces the deep connection between the wine and its origins.

Pale straw yellow color. The nose presents fresh aromas of lemon zest, wild oranges, citrus blossoms and mineral overtones thanks to Salaparuta soil. On the palate, a dry, medium-bodied white wine with a vibrant acidity and a persistent finish.​
