Collio Pinot Grigio

The Schiopetto winery is one of the oldest wineries in the Collio region, which includes terraced vineyards of around 30 hectares. Mario Schiopetto is considered the initiator of the quality revolution in Friuli's white wine sector. The wines of the Schiopetto winery are marketed at the earliest one and a half years after the harvest. The top white wines are flawless in their fragrance, regularly have a uniformly high level and are also capable of ageing.

The aroma is fresh and inviting, with notes of banana and passion fruit. Savory on the palate, as terroir, with an intriguing freshness that gives drinkability and complexity. Very persistent and consistent taste to the nose.
