Slyrs Pedro Ximenez

Following the traditional maturing process, this whisky receives a minimum of another nine months in hand-picked sherry casks from the Bodegas Tradicion (Jerez, Spain). These precious casks are up to 61 years old and lend their tannins and aromas to the whisky, giving it its fine, aromatic sherry flavor and beautiful dark amber color. 

Dark honey color. A fruit nose with aromas of winter dried plum and berries. The palate is warm, with notes of sweet spice and undertones of sweetness. A long finish with lingering notes of raisins.
