Syrah Apontador

The exceptional characteristics of the Apontador vineyard site at Romaneira are perfectly adapted to enable this great grape variety to achieve full expression in a wine that is rich, fine, profound and complex. It has obvious notes of spices with hints of bush and wildflowers. It is a full but fresh wine, also delicate in revealing delicious notes of licorice and raspberry. It has a long finish with excellent wood notes. A great and unique Syrah from an exceptional terroir. Delicious to drink now, it will however age well in bottle for many years.
