Dr. Loosen Urziger Wurzgarten GG

Dr. Loosen is a wine producer based just outside Bernkastel in the Mosel region, easily one of Germany's most famous Riesling producers, and has won numerous awards for numerous wines from the portfolio. The estate owns six major vineyards, all of which were designated as Erste Lage in the 1868 Prussian Classification of Mosel vineyards.

The Dr. Loosen Ürziger Würzgarten Riesling GG is a first-class white wine. It reveals a wonderfully brilliant, light yellow color. In the glass, this white wine from Dr. Loosen displays aromas of oranges, lemons, pink grapefruit, pomelo, complemented by forest floor, vanilla and cocoa bean. This white wine from Dr. Loosen is ideal for all connoisseurs who like as little sweetness as possible in their wine. However, it never shows itself meager or brittle, but round and smooth. On the tongue, this light-footed white wine is characterized by an incredibly dense texture. In the finish it delights with its considerable length. Once again, hints of lemongrass and pink grapefruit appear.
