Fidora Wines is a family-owned winery based in the Veneto region of Italy, with roots dating back to 1927 when the Fidora family acquired the historic Civranetta estate near Venice. Today led by fourth-generation winemaker Emilio Fidora, the estate is recognized as one of the pioneers of organic viticulture in the region, having converted to organic farming as early as 1974 and later embracing biodynamic practices with Demeter certification. Guided by a philosophy centered on biodiversity, sustainability, and a self-sustaining agricultural ecosystem, Fidora aims to craft wines that reflect the purity of their terroir while preserving the natural environment for future generations.

This organic Valpolicella Classico Superiore shows an intense ruby-red color with subtle garnet reflections. On the nose, it offers a charming bouquet of ripe red fruits—particularly cherry—combined with spicy notes such as black pepper and delicate balsamic hints. On the palate, the wine is dry, velvety, and harmonious, with lively red-fruit flavors and well-integrated tannins that give structure and balance. The finish is elegant and persistent, reflecting the complexity gained from 24 months of aging in French oak—12 months in tonneaux and 12 months in large barrels.
