Fruit of the tradition of Montepulciano, Vin Santo is a golden nectar suitable for aging and to be enjoyed at a temperature of 10-12°C. It is perfect for many types of desserts but also for savory dishes such as foie gras, mature hard and blue cheeses.

Golden yellow color with amber reflections, it has a wide olfactory range with hints of candied fruit, almond paste, acacia honey and apricot. In the mouth it is pleasantly sweet but balanced by an excellent freshness.
