Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger

This gin has a very slight color to it. On the nose, hints of juniper are prominent, followed by a noticeably sweet, fruity aroma. On the palate, it starts off with a bit of juniper and ginger spice, but after the initial heat fades away, the rhubarb flavor is unmistakable.
