A creation of young vines, planted on the traditional soil of the Bechtheimer terroir. Through strong reduction in yield, these vines unfold their fullest potential. Accurately developed and matured over several months to give an extraordinary sensory experience. The result is innovative, elegant, mature & as the name suggests, wonderful! Skin contact up to 3 weeks in 100% barrique barrels 1/2 new & 2/3 second occupancy & aged for 2 years on its lees. This is a typical Pinot Noir, inviting on the nose, with an abundance of red berry aromas. The palate matches the sensuality of the nose with a velvety structure and a perfect balance of red fruits, acidity & tannins.
