Produced only when the seasonal quality of the fruit reaches its maximum excellence, the Gavi "Vecchia Annata" by Broglia is a great white, obtained by vinifying the grapes harvested in the oldest company vineyards. Characterized by a consistent and savory sip and supported by deep and bewitching aromas, it rests in steel on the lees for a good 85 months, but despite this it still proves to be in splendid shape, telling us what is the most beautiful oenology of the lands of the Municipality of Gavi. It is a Gavi that you would never expect: chiseled in all its smallest nuances, you can easily choose it for your most important occasions.
It dresses the glass in an intense straw yellow. The olfactory bouquet is complex and rich, initially deeply fruity, then embellished with mineral and sulphurous references, as well as references to yeasts and pastry. The mouth is soft and well-balanced, consistent with the nose and with a long persistence.
