Crafted in the heart of Calabria at the historic Fratelli Caffo Distillery, this vibrant clementine liqueur is a celebration of southern Italy’s citrus heritage. Produced by Gruppo Caffo, it showcases sun-ripened clementines sourced exclusively from La Piana di Gioia Tauro—a fertile plain renowned for its ancient groves and rich agricultural legacy.

Infused with aromatic clementine peels and a delicate touch of saffron, the liqueur opens with a heady nose of clementine oil, whipped cream, and orange sorbet. On the palate, it unfolds in layers—bright citrus peel and juicy flesh give way to a gentle citrus-oil bitterness, finishing with a subtle warmth from its spice-kissed base. Naturally colored with no additives, this liqueur is as pure in appearance as it is in flavor.

Clementines, a cross between a bitter orange and a mandarin, are known for their aromatic peels and almost seedless, sweet flesh. The clementines grown in Calabria are widely considered to be some of the very best, hence their protected geographical indication (Clementine di Calabria IGP).
