Celene ‘Cuvee Royale’ Cremant de Bordeaux

Celene winery is located in the small village of Haux in Bordeaux’s Entre-deux-Mers area, and has been making sensational Cremant de Bordeaux since 1947. Although Bordeaux is best known for its intense red wines, the venerable wine region also produces these delicious sparkling wines using the same method used to make Champagne in northern France.

Celene’s Cuvee Royale is primarily crafted from Cabernet along with a smaller amount of Semillon and Muscadelle. This combination of black and white grape varieties crafts a harmonious, perfectly-balanced sparkling wine with plenty of mouthwatering freshness and a well-built structure. Elegant red berry notes and hints of citrus and grapefruit dominate the flavor profile, along with a smooth mousse and a pure finish with a bright streak of acidity.
