Ferrari Brut

Historic and famous winery producing Trento DOC Metodo Classico sparkling wines, Cantine Ferrari was founded in 1902 by Giulio Ferrari, with the aim of creating a great Italian sparkling wine in Trentino. In 1952, the Lunelli family took over the company continuing the activity of Ferrari aimed at the production of sparkling wines able to compete with French Champagnes.

The nose is full of aromas of peach, plum, pink grapefruit, and orange blossom, followed by hints of shortcrust pastry and glazed almond. The perlage is fine and velvety, taut and persistent, elegant with a long finish and delicate citrus notes.
