Capo Martino

Capo Martino is the name of the hill purchased by Silvio Jermann in 1991. The idea was born of obtaining a blend of different varieties vinified in the traditional way with a short maceration on the skin, fermented and aged in oak barrels for about 10 months and released two years after the harvest. Beautiful golden yellow in color, brilliant and luminous. The nose is intense and complex, with notes of ripe fruit – Mediterranean and tropical – and dried flowers, barely touched by a subtle veil of vanilla. Apples, bananas, hazelnuts, brooms and passionflower stand out. On the palate, it’s pure velvet, showing perfect balance of flavors, delicate aromatic qualities, endless persistence.
