Rather than focusing on the island's official seal, this series celebrates the rich folklore of the Chamorro people. The Sirena edition portrays Guam's most famous mythical figure—a beautiful young woman transformed into a mermaid—whose legend has been passed down through generations as one of the island's best-known traditional stories. The elegant gold artwork depicts Sirena emerging from the sea, surrounded by tropical flora and marine life, combining local mythology with the refined aesthetics of the Blue Label range. The edition was produced exclusively for Guam in limited quantities as part of the Guam Legend Series.

The whisky itself remains the classic Johnnie Walker Blue Label at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle, with the collectible value residing entirely in its regional artwork and cultural significance. While the first Guam edition celebrated the island's identity through its official seal, the Sirena edition takes a more narrative approach, highlighting Guam's oral traditions and indigenous heritage.
